Life Legacy
Kathleen M. Meeker (Thomas), age 64, of Toledo, passed away December 14, 2011, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. She was born May 21, 1947, to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph (Helene) Thomas. She graduated from St. Ursula Academy and worked for many years at Dillards. She had a great sense of humor, loved reading, dancing, cooking shows, and everyone loved her. Most of all, she enjoyed watching her baby granddaughter, Myla.
She is survived by her daughters, Lindsay (Dennis) Goins, and Whitney Wright; grandchildren, Jade Goins (20), Caitlin Goins (18), and Myla Goins (2); brother, Dave Thomas; sister, Chris Kuyper and best friend from St. Ursula, Nancy Burnor.
She was preceded in death by her parents. A celebration of her life will be held on January 14, 2011 at 6 p.m. at South End Grille (5105 Glendale Avenue).
