Life Legacy
Barbara S. Carnes-Raby took her final journey Sunday, November 13, 2011. She was born to Hunter Curtiss and Opal Bauknight in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on February 2, 1942. Barbara was surrounded by her family and friends in her final hours.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children; Dawn T. Carnes; Lisa Y. Carnes-Douglas; Frazell “Shawn” Carnes (Anita); Meaghon A. Carnes-Starks (Isaac); and Darlene A. Nicholson; brother, Kenneth W. Durham (Shirley) of Gulfport, Mississippi; sister, Mary “Jenny” Roberts; 19 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 19th promptly at 11 a.m. at All Saints’ Episcopal Church, 563 Pinewood Ave., Toledo, Ohio.
