Biography

William E. "Bill" Gallagher, age 86, of Toledo, died Thursday, May 13, 2010 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 3, 1923, in Toledo to Mr. and Mrs. Edward (Dorothy Weaver) Gallagher. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and was employed as a carpenter for over 40 years, retiring from Regent Electric.

Survived by his wife, Irene Gallagher; daughter, Patricia (Lynn) Nyler; grandson, Lynn Nyler Jr; great-grandchildren, Haley and Kylie; brother, John Gallagher of Toledo and sister, Verna Osborne of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Lavonne and Suzanne.
